a whole of bullshit

Hello! so I've been very irritated at work lately. I have been working for Starbucks for 4 years, 3 of them I have been promised to be a shift supervisor. Well once again another imbecile has been stepped up to the plate before me. Fucking great! Not only does this person not work very hard, he steals too... a fuckin kleptomaniac.... awesome! He only works when my SM or ASM is at work. He's so fake and such a suck ass. Not to mention what I know he has done in the past that makes him a complete sociopath. A lot of people don't see what I see in him because he knows how to smile and talk to everyone to blind them by the truth... a real conman, what a fucking asshole!  We don't get along all the time an the reason is, I know what kind of person he really is, i see his true colors and others don't, which pisses me off to all extent. He knows I see right through him and he tries to play dumb. Him and I both know how fake he really is. I just wish everyone else did. I'm so tired of being screwed over. As long as I have been at Starbucks, I have patiently waited long enough. I started working there to work my way up the ladder, not to be pushed to the side and be a lil' barista the rest of my life.
